Message "You ran out of free practice!".

Question

When working in C++ lessons, I was using the Try-It-yourself and got a message "You ran out of free practice!". What does this mean and how to I get access again?

They updated the app so now you have to have pro to ise the try it yourself. they used to let you do it 3 times a day but they changed that
