Decide WHAT you want to do, find which language(s) is/are best for what you want to do,and start in learning it.

There is no best. Like Brian Eller says, decide what you want to do, do a research of what things you need for it. For example, if you want to be a game-dev, you can try C++ or C#, I think Python is possible too but not really used for games.
