Why is my website showing a 404 error ?

Question

I have a website which is hosted on 000webhost (the name of my website is naijalife.000webhostapp.com), but i've been trying to create a simple login page, so i copied the frontend and backend from the internet, but when visit my website and run the php script it shows page not found (404 error) here's the code :

It's easy merge & correct the extension index.html.htm to index.html ,wait at least 15 min , try https to http.
