Download the JDK and an IDE (IntelliJ, NetBeans, Eclipse). Also there are lots of tutorials on YouTube.

i would suggest not to use ide i. e eclipse or netbeans instead use a text editor either notepad or notepad++. Try to make some small programs. Sololearn is a good place to ask queries use it if u struck with some problem. you can also read Head first java its a nice book to know basic concepts. and remember learning any pro language will take time.
