The question's vague, bro.
If you mean, 'Is there any projects that I can work on for free?', I suggest you to look for some open-source projects and contribute by working on it.

Jason Edwardes you need to learn coding first cause building Android apps are all about programming.
You need to learn java or Kotlin and XML to be able to grasp fundamental of Android programming.

1. In Android Studio you can also build your app very freely.
2. If you looking for another thing that can be used too. You can try MIT App Inventor.
More about MIT App Inventor:
MIT App Inventor is a WebApp that used to create and build interface and system of android app
How you make the app?
By DnD some puzzle block of the system API to build the system of the app and DnD interface into your project that it's property editable such position, size, color, etc.
How to build? Or test my app?
- Download your own app via build link from them
- Download the *.apk file
- Use USB debugging
- Use their emulator by downloading it from them
- Use MIT Companion app, available in play store
In this WebApp you can also save your project into *.aia file, which can be imported in android studio too
So simply. You can use this for app designing for a while, then edit and build it in Android Studio. Because this app didn't support much feature

There is so many softwares but not sites for example if you're good at C++ you can use Unity or Unreal. There are some sites but they are not good at all. I recommend you to download Unity in your pc or laptop
