they just made text smaller and bigger before on HTML4, but they're no longer supported on HTML5 anymore.

you'relcome :D you can also check the information about HTML tags, which are supported by HTML5 or not, googling the tag name followed by "W3 schools". like so: "small html tag w3schools".
