Wich language should i learn

I'm interested in learning to code mobile apps also computer programs and I want to be able to create a homepage I'm also interested in to learn how to code for GTA 5 online

At the moment I don't have any knowledge about any language a few years ago I just scripted for SaMp(Pawn) . But know I want to learn real code language so for what is html exactly and is it okay for me as a newbie ... html is for webpage only. right ?

first learn "programming fundamentals", that is, how to solve problems. it is usually learned in pseudocode so that the syntax of a programming language is not a problem.

I meant not GTA 5 itsel . I meant something like GTA 5 roleplay servers they use lua but I don't want only to be able to script in lua i want to learn a language wich Quali-fies me for others
