Guys I am looking for python documentation of negative slicing but not found please help me

I read that official documentation before 1 month. I donno from where I got the link of it.
it was related to negative slicing
and I saw their is a table of negative slicing rules..
I want to read it again please help me to find that doc.... I am tired by searching on Google please help me!
