Why is account not been activated afer clicking the link provided by the sololearn

This problem has occured many time with some of my friends

Say them mailto [e-mail] by mentioning problem..

Your account is already activated... Check your badges..
27days back.. So that's why may be..

Ways to activate account :

=>Check your mail message from SoloLearn and open the link you received..
If don't found check spam folder also..

=> If you don't find any message, then try edit profile mail id and save it again to your original, you will get message again.. Open it.

=> You can ask a fresh mail activate link by requesting SoloLearn by
mailto : [e-mail]

This problem has occured with my friends 3-4 times. I dont know how to solve it .
