Why I didn't get certified but I have completed my full course of js saying complete lessons but how I can??

It is because you have to complete some code coaches which are non pro.. and after that you'll get your certificate.. it is coz because "they wanna see how much you understand from their courses"

After completing code coaches you'll be able to get your certificate!

any user can access to certificate,if he/she completes the course "completely"

You have to complete some projects given in the lesson (simply challenges).
If you don't see the challenges than you can update SoloLearn.
