military time problem

Question

I wrote this code to solve military time probleme , which is converting from 12 hours to 24 hours time but my code cannot pass the test cases and I don't know the problem, help needed.

The problem is did not consider minutes with 1 digit hour.

7:30 AM
//Your output
07:00
