Where to write C /C++ code besides Visual Studio?

Visual studio is lagging on my laptop. I would like to know about other IDEs.

i recommend sublime text i currently use but you can choose what you comfortable with like atom codeblocks ...etc

DevC++,Codeblocks and in many text editors!!
