What is a better IDE pydroid or Pycharm and do they work well on Android systems

Everything comes down to user preference. Some prefer one, some prefer the other. There is no such thing as a “better” IDE, it all depends about what you want in an IDE. Personally, I prefer pydroid, but I would suggest trying both out to see which one you prefer!
