Is there a way to remember my lessons more effectively than just redoing the lesson?

You have to do projects with what you have learned. relearning isn't the best method. I've tried that and didn't get far. I got stuck in tutorial grave yard at least that's what I call it.. That's what happens when you constantly go from tutorial to tutorial. So, to avoid that, once you learn the basics then its time to put it in practice.
