Hey so the <a> tag is the tag that i need to build a direct to my website?

The <a> tag defines a link. Whether it be a video link, website link, image link, etc... For you to create a link for your website you will need a domain so your website can actually exists. Example: www.dejaydev.com/aquarius
That is a currently functional website (my website at least)

cool thanks that better understand and now that i tryed it out i now get it. it like if i was use a (<a type) it work as sources to redirect you to a wedsite or link.
