If you're using the app ...

Slide app menu (from left) and choose Settings
Choose Edit Profile
Edit the e-mail address
Save the change

And wait for activation e-mail in your inbox.

If this doesn't work, you'd have to contact the admins by e-mail [e-mail]. Explain your situation, and await response patiently (might take days).
