I just wondering if i can creat applications using c++ i konw it's better in games dev but is there some app created by c++

c++ could be used in web app at server side, even if that's probably (one of) the less commonly used language to handle web services ^^

You are saying that "can i use c++ in app development" ....
Before that you must think about what type of app you are making.. if it is a web app....you don't need C++ ....Javascript ,PHP etc. are there
If you are making a game or a app use C++ .......
You can use C++ even to code a ATM machine and a software...
