I have an opportunity to go for an MSc degree. Which should I go for first? Machine Learning or Computer Vision?

I'm applying for a Masters degree program in AI. The available fields are Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and Computer Vision and they are all open to PhD level. I'm not interested in NLP, but am still confused between Computer Vision and Machine Learning as I don't know which will give me a strong foundation to forward for my PhD.
