BTW it's not necessary to write your own compiler or python interpreter to be able to write software.

The software process is more about creating your own software than running or using it.

Untill you create your own compiler and your own python interpreter and other PC or laptop softwares into your own operating system,you can not run your own software.But you can in fact use python to create your software/program that will have a process id in your device after converting it to exe or bin file .
