Is there a way to run (C++ program)1 written with (C++ program)2 inside the (C++ program)2?

1) Then original idea was letting users easy way of experimenting with expression and what does various functions and operators do. This is like I implemented part of Python interactive IDLE for C++ (actually I have had this idea before, but got no idea how to implement it).
2) While implementing it, [not completed]
