Nodejs Mysql [object object] error and i cant insert any data on my database

Question

I create a register page , when i insert all the fields and i submit a message appears on top the form "[object object]" and no data is added on the database

The code :

you may try to debug your code .

1. make sure the connection is established
2. try inserting any value to the database

the connection is etablished and every data inserted in the database is correct. the problem is when i try the insert data from the register form nothing is added on the database
