SQL Standard and resources for comparison between non-standard SQL versions

Question

Each relational DBMS uses its own SQL syntax.

Is there a site where I can find standard SQL syntax?

Is there any resource (book, site, handout, manual, etc.) in which there are "tables" with the compared syntax used by the various DBMS (e.g.: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)?

I don't really know what "this standad is not freely available means", but my best guess is, "this standard is not *publicly* available".
