Which style is better to go with internal css or external css?

If you use same CSS in many html files then external CSS is better option.

... but with page growing, you would surely externalize at least parts of your css ;) however, technically there's no best way but valid ways (even if separating of contents is recommended: you could also only use inlined 'style' attributes)
