Do I need to get a degree to get a machine leaning remote job engineering or artificial engineering job especially as a self taught developer

it depends on your country in europe most companies require degree
but in USA that's not true . you should prove your self at coding interviews
they may also check your github account to figure out that how active you really are , the final answer is yes and no it depends on the company that you apply for
