Cohesion and coupling example

I have read about cohesion and coupling. However , I find it difficult to understand the same concretely.

Can anyone share some link or tutorial which has some good read on same with examples?

Searched the sololearn community with keywords cohesion as well as coupling , but not a good example of codes where it is explained with and without these coupling nd cohesion..
