The basic difference between C and C++ is that c has not concept of OOP(Object Oriented Programming) and c++ has... Infact c++ is extended version of C so i will recommend c++ if u just have basic knowledge of C... It will Help you Alot.

Both are technically different languages although C++ supports all of the functionality of C language. So you can learn C++ even without any prior knowledge of C language
