Why is YoloTiny running slow on RPI4?

I've used RPI camera to perform object detection. At first the results were good, but now the camera and detection are running in slow motion. I've used Yolo Tiny on Coco dataset.

I used up to a raspberry pi three and pi camera two, and the frame rate is different than regular cameras. in early versions of the operating system, they compensated for this one trying to play the video. Later on however, it played in fast motion. They may have eventually fix this problem, but you may be encountering leftovers.

this may be because the frame rate expectation has changed.
