Is C# worth learning in today's environment and is it better than Java or similar to it? Is Angular in demand?

Do not flow with the trend because it changes. Pick a language that is here to stay and is widely used. Both C# and Java are a good choice in that case and moreover there is a lot of similarities between the two so learning one will help with learning the other.

Angular is a front-end framework which is again quite famous and is here to stay.

Do not fall in love with a language because you might not use it after 2 years. So focus on the fundamentals and be ready to learn and unlearn something when required.
