Hey there Danicule,
Perhaps there exist many apps or websites like wix (https://www.wix.com) to create websites without code, but I really don't like them.
After learning web development and design you see every method and opportunity to costumize and to create your own website, with your own style, really unique.
With the code you've 100% customisation and you can use the fantasy and imagination to create a new fantastic website.
Instead, if you use non code tools, I think firstable, you're not so satisfied with yourself, and second, you've default templates, maybe 100+ other websites has the same look and design, really annoying and boring.
And maybe in the bottom or header there's an ad of the tool you used.
Btw in short, my opinion is that the 'real web development' is more funny and more amazing, for the points just listed :)

You know the ingredients of your product better by knowing web development related languages & tools. On the other hand, you are just a product consumer when you build your product using development wizard or tools, whatever it is and wherever you're using the tools.
By knowing web development you have the option to either accept or refuse thing(s) you do or don't want. But you have no other option but to accept whatever was bundled and bloated with the development wizard or tool being used, no matter you want them or not.
On a side note however, you may find the wizards or tools be helpful in term of minimizing development time and/or cost.
Also the presence of wizards or tools helps people develop websites/pages with little or no development knowledge or experience.
This means development wizards or tools help small business to grow, they can use the web to help their business to expand and reach wider scope of prospective customer without having to worry about web development cost.
Just my opinion : )
