to deploy a web site you need at least a host server... some are free, but quite limited: you must paid to have more power (ie: supporting high bandwith trafic, wich you need for professional websites).

you may also want a domain name... finding some for free is also possible, but I would not really recommand that: they're on tld (extensions ie: .com, .org, .uk, .fr) from tiny countries and annual cost of well suited for your need (either your country specific tld or topic based generic ones) is not too expensive...

however, free hosts are very few (if exist) to offer possibility og link domain name to website hosting service ^^

then you upload files to host to make website available quite around the world 7/7 and 24/24 through either provided link or domain name ;)

by the way, linking a domain name to a host is not so obvious, and should require less or more undocumented (or bad documented) configuration in both the host and domain name provider: I will advice you to get both from same vendors...
