Book Title Practice Question

Question

So here is my Book Title Practice code, and I wanted to ask you how can I change the z[0] to z[1],z[2],z[3] and so on in next iterations of the loop.

Now I have z[0] in my first iteration in two formulas and it prints the result for every item in the list.
To change that I need a z[0]+1 in every next iteration.
How can I do that?
