Which Language is best for Robotics field?????

Your choice is dependent on what you want to achieve?
simple bot with pic/Avr (Arduino) mcu: you would go with c/c++
A more advanced bot with a Rpi: you can use c / c++ python / java / php....
It really depends on what you're doing.
My suggestion: start doing a project that interests you and opt for the language that you find in most of the tutorials/documentation available for that project.
Don't rush to finish the project immediately: divide it into simple steps and move to the next step only when the last one is under your skin.
