pLZzzz sololearners and community seniors HELP ME fo website project which is finaly done and hosted it

Question

My website is already done which is written in php, js and mysql and running now. But I found some problems..
I describe it.....

prob 1: Image and details uploading is successful by users. But loading of images in web page slow. This is the first and getting big problem. this is the link http://www.pajma.com plzzz review it and test it. because I'm in stressed from 2 months.....plzzzz

prob 2: I want to secure the "/paj_imgs" directory which is located here http://www.pajma.com/paj_imgs as like all commercial website.... this is the 2nd big problem

prob 3: I want to make a loading process of images when users scroll or click on the button....

pLZzz guys help me and assist me that if you find some error and how can I improve it becoze I'm working on this web pages since 9 months.....

I'm tired from google searching and much more... no anyone's are around me that can help....

1. I cannot do anything of your 1st problem. You can search for this on google to how to load images fast.

3. Explain it more... Means why do you want to load image later after a event

FYI Facebook shows posts based on your interest and types of post you have previously seen.
As that can't be possible for beginners, so better work with simple.

Hello Friend. I'm not certain how FB accomplishes these specific design tasks. I took a course about using Pytorch, on a tech scholarship, which had a few of the FB staff in it. Sometimes those students would share some of their experiences within FB. If you want to learn how FB does things, I'd suggest introducing yourself to those who work there, becoming colleagues, and asking them. Likely, they are the ones who know. Setting up a LinkedIn profile, for example, may help you find and meet FB employees. Likewise, I've seen on GitHub people claiming to work at FB who have profiles. Best wishes to you.
