Entity extraction from text file.

Hello guys, I'm working on a text file where I want to extract living entities(human beings, animals etc), place(school,park etc) and objects(pen, books etc) .I have tried using NLTK, Spacy but didn't got accurate output. Please suggest some methods.

its csv file I have converted it into text and trained Custom NER model but the accuracy isn't good
