Is there any recommendation where should I use bold/strong text? Those look like similar.

<b> just makes text bold. <strong> marks text as 'important' in addition to making it bold.

You should use it on words or texts you want to specify or really stand out in the crowd.

I googled and it turned out <b> just says show it in bold. But <strong> is about semantics. By <strong> you just say this is important. But how to show it? it can be in bold or in red color or ... . You don't express the appearance but the meaning.
