Can I use.. lets say, Phyton, to do elevated tasks on windows?

Can I use Phyton, or any other language, like Windows powershell? performing different automatic tasks in a script?

yep, I'd almost argue thats what it excels at, but that's probably not completely true.

yeah of course. other similar scripting languages like autoit are also powerful
