Animating API

Question

Hi there 🖐️
So far I was looking for an API to write a program like blender , 3DMax , Maya, etc. Or even for 2D works like Photoshop and illastrator.
I searched a lot but I didn't find any good API for c++ or python or anything on the net (but I think it should implements with c++). I know Opengl and Directx are made for graphical programming but you can just do very simple jobs with them by a lot of coding (such as drawing a gradient triangle)
Do you know a good way for doing graphical works with any programming language?🙏
