Write a sql query to fetch the department wise count of students who passed/failed exm for each year.

Question

Columns to be fetched : dept_name, year_1 , year_2, year_3, year_4
Year_ to year_4 should display the count of students who cleared and count of students who failed.
Separate pass and fail count with comma separator (Ex:P=1, F=1) for each year.
