I am really in love with this "marking answer as best" thing. Helping others will give you XP. That's a really good idea!

This will make community more responsive to help beginner and strengthen the bind between user despite of background diversity among us.

Yes, I too agree the given statement! But the fact is, helping others gives you xp only through the badges allotted for that (And might even be due to the filling of pie chart), whereas if we see challenges, they make us 'slow and steady'!

In fact, challenges are unlimited whereas badges are limited, right?
