Ok then choose any language between Java or Kotlin, both languages are best for android app development. Kotlin is now official language of Google Android but Java still officially supported language since Java was first language of Android app development.

React JS framework is also for android app development so learn it too.

If you want to make app for both android and iOS then learn Flutter framework of Dart language. For back-end technology in iOS app development learn Swift language.

For web app with full stack development Java, Dot net, PHP are most preferable language. You can choose anyone.
