as I click on Build and run button, it doesn't found GNU GCC compiler

Perhaps you did not install the correct version... Try Reinstalling. Or maybe the setup got corrupt... Did the setup's name include _mingw?? If not, download the one with that from here and try installing again... http://sourceforge.net/projects/codeblocks/files/Binaries/16.01/Windows/codeblocks-16.01mingw-setup.exe
