Sololearn help

Question

How do I report some inappropriate stuff on sololearn for immediate action? Like informing a moderator or something, other than just the "report" option, cuz I think it'll take time or be ineffective

Rishi feel free to reach out to any of the moderators here regardless of color grade eg silver, gold, platinum but we do prefer the Stay Safe thread.
The community reports are reviewed frequently and handled as soon as they can by the moderators.

This question is directly related to SoloLearn so it is not OFF-TOPIC. OFF-TOPIC maybe for non-programming related question but it is acceptable.

Yes Q&A is meant for programming related but if I have some questions which is related to Sololearn and I am not getting proper information or answer then I can ask.

Note :- If this question was OFF-TOPIC then this should be MFD but not till now even BroFar also replied.

You can contact sololearn via the feedback option in the app or via mail to [e-mail].
If you want to contact moderators use the link Simba posted.

Click on someones profile and then on the three dots in the corner; then just tap "Report".Then select your category, if nothing fits, just tap "its something else". If the three dots, report button, and/or the categories dont show up, its probably a glitch and you might try what Simon Sauter said

You can report to any Mod in DM if the content is more inappropriate and you don't want to report publicly.

Remember - Inbuilt Report still doesn't work.

Some people's view on the purpose of the Q&A is *too* narrow. And I'm saying that as someone who down-votes and reports posts all the time.

...why you guys being such a crybaby when someone downvotes this thread or your posts, designers of this app made the like/dislike button, so they're just using it.
