XP loss = 32 - XP gain.

E.g. Winner gains 5XP, means that you will lose 27XP if match is lost. Your opponent will then earn 27XP.

This is the algorithm. XP gain/loss depends on win/lose stats of both sides. The steeper the gradient, the lesser you gain on winning and the more you lose upon losing.

I guess it's the rules of the Game. Same way if you win, you get more than The XPs shown.
