As far as I know, there is no time management in SoloLearn.

Every course already have all lessons. You just need to follow course, when you complete one lesson new one unlock.
But some code repo(practice) is reserved for only PRO members, or some can be unlocked with bits.

You don't have to wait for lessons. They are ready at a any time and you can learn whenever you want. You just have to complete one lesson and the next lesson becomes automatically available.
