Mr Ali
Very good and high graphics games are created by using game engine. Many game engine uses C++ because of its performance.
You can also make your own game engine using libraries like SFML, SDL and opengl etc which provides you easy access to graphics api. You can also make games directly using C++ without any game engine. But those games will take too much time to make and performance might be very bad if you are not much experienced with C++

It all depends on the work you put into it. You could learn and master the understanding of classes, structs, memory manipulation and general programming concepts in (a solid foundation in any programming language) within half a year if you work every day on it for several hours.
My experience is that you learn a lot gradually by trying out new things in new projects, and get to a solid foundation after 1-2 years assuming you haven't programmed in other languages before. C++ can be a very daunting language to conquer, but consistency and practice is key when learning a new language. Don't just read up on the language, go and USE the knew knowledge in a project!

Learning syntax of C++ is very easy. It has simple syntax. You can learn C++ programming language in 2 to 3 weeks.
But learning 3rd party libraries and standard libraries will take time.
It really depends upon you what you wants to do. For example if you want to be a software developer then you will learn libraries according to that.

Assuming you want to completely master C++ and don't have any superhuman skills, it'll take 2 or 3 years of constant effort I think. If you have superhuman skills, you can do it it 2 weeks, or 1 week, or even a day!

Mastery of C++ is harder than taming a wild stallion. I have never met anyone who honestly claims they mastered it. Be prepared for a steep climb up the highest learning curve in computer languages. C and C# are considerably easier.
