Command of Xinput in Ubuntu

Question

I have problem of disable touchscreen and I know that I can use : xinput disable [touchscreen id]
but there is problem 3 :
** My name of touchscreen is "silead_ts" ****

1: Everytime I have to use this command on every boot of Ubuntu
2: I want to use start application preference to make it start auto command without me tipping it
but I have problem of id change every boot
3: i have problem of name of touchscreen ( if I want to use it in place of id ) that there is 2 with same name first in Virtual core pointer and other in Virtual core keyboard (i want to disable First)

if you have any solution or script command please share it with me and thanks 🙂🙂
