You can use XML to develop front-end and kotlin or java can be used for back-end. As i noticed that in java syntax is very complicated ( according to me). So, you can use kotlin. This language is basically developed for android app development and it's syntax is easier in comparison to java. ...
At last you can use those language in which you are comfortable. Already links are shared for more information .
