How can I create a code challenge?

While playing the code challenges I see many of them are made by other users. So I want to create a couple of questions, that the other users would get during their challenges. How do I do that?

That's not possible right now because this feature has been removed long time ago.

AJ Zack I mean I want to create tasks the other players would get when they play challenges. Edited my question for more clarity.

AJ Zack Yeah, I saw that. Those are not the kind of challenges I'm talking about. I mean the ones where two players answer five questions.
