Can't change payment method for pro membership

Hi everybody, I subscribed PRO with paypal payment, now i don't have paypal anymore, instead i want to use my debit card. Can't upgrade to PRO, in settings it tells me to "Please go to AppStore or Play Store to manage your subscription." But i never use my devises or app, only my laptop. Sent two messages to sololearn support without answer. So any ideas how to do? Catch22

They really don't want to solve it, say i should go to Play store or do it on the site, but when i do it on their website after filling my card information it pop-up and say: You are already a PRO subscriber. You were not charged for a second subscription. 100% Confused. I can't reach PRO course material and iam already a PRO member? This is insane Support help!!

You are already pro-member. You can see tag on profile name.. I really not understanding your problem now actually.! Are you not able to access pro content?
