What is the best programming language for micro intelligence ?

I'm not sure what micro intelligence is but it sounds cute.

I guess you could use any programming language but here are some aspects to consider:
* in which programming am I already very proficient?
* are there specific kinds of packages/ modules/ libraries that I want to use but are only implemented for certain languages?
* do I need to process large amounts of data online/live? How fast can a programming language accomplish the processing (given I write my code efficiently)?

Since you have completed HTML and are now on CSS why not try JavaScript to make your web design even more elegant
